OppoZition Competition Rules
These are the Competition Rules for the ‘OppoZition Competitions’. The proprietor and administrator of ‘OppoZition Competitions’ is Enmity Gaming Ltd (hereafter, ‘The Company’) registered under company number 0973442
1. Eligibility
In order to be eligible to enter the competitions on the OppoZition website participants must be residents of either the United Kingdom, Canada, United States, EU member states, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Norway, Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man. Employees of The Company, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or agencies and suppliers and the immediate family (i.e. spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of any of these are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Competition Rules and The Company’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. In order to win a prize, participants must have entered and fulfilled all the requirements within these Competition rules.
2. Entering
To enter the ‘OppoZition Competitions’ you must be a registered member of OppoZition which is done through the OppoZition website. Registration for and use of the Oppozition website and other OppoZition applications are subject to OppoZition’s terms and conditions. By entering ‘OppoZition Competitions’, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of The Company’s Privacy Policy and all other policy’s and terms provided on the website.
To enter the ‘OppoZition Competitions’:
Entrants must click the ‘join now’ button for the competitions they which to enter on the competition page(s)
Participants are only allowed to enter a competition once. Entry onto ‘OppoZition Competitions’ is limited to one entry per person, per OppoZition account. Any entry which exceeds this entry limit from the same OppoZition account will be subject to disqualification. Any attempt by a person to enter the ‘OppoZition Competitions’ more than once may result in disqualification at the discretion of The Company. Participants are also not allowed to share the same account. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply for which you are fully responsible. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorised account holder of the OppoZition account used will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The winner may be required to show proof of being the authorised account holder.
3. Competition Winners
The Company will select ‘OppoZition Competition’ winners as it determines according to the outcome of the competition. The outcome is directly related to the number of participants and the skill levels of each participant. The Company does not have any prior knowledge of the probability of one participant winning against another participant and makes no representations about the participant’s chances of winning. The Company is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
The Company will notify the potential ‘OppoZition Competitions’ prize winner by notification sent to the OppoZition account information provided by entrant in the ‘OppoZition Competitions’. It is the entrant’s obligation to notify the Company in writing of any change of contact information. The winner will be required to respond to the winner notification within two days of the time the notice is sent in order to claim his/her prize.The participant will be deemed to have waived his right to the prize if he or she cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required time period or is found to have not complied with any term of the Competition Rules. If the potential winner has forfeited or waived his prize or is disqualified for any reason, the Company will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries of that particular competition.
Winners will be announced on the OppoZition website after they have been notified.
4. Limitations of Liability
Use of the OppoZition website is at your sole risk. The Company does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, or without error; nor will the Company be liable for any issues that may arise from the use of the service.
The Company is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the ‘OppoZition Competitions’; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the ‘OppoZition Competitions’; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the offer or administration of ‘OppoZition Competitions’, including but not limited to errors in the advertising, Competition Rules, selection and announcement of the winner and distribution of the prizes or the processing of entries; (5) any inability of any winner to accept or use any prize for any reason; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the ‘OppoZition Competitions’ or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the ‘OppoZition Competitions’ provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of ‘OppoZition Competitions’ or any part of it, for any reason, The Company, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Competition Rules to be available and/or claimed, The Company reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the ‘OppoZition Competitions’ or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond The Company’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the ‘OppoZition Competitions’ , as determined by The Company in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the ‘OppoZition Competitions’ or to be acting in violation of these Competition Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the ‘OppoZition Competitions’ may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, The Company reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Company’s failure to enforce any term of these Competition Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. These terms are subject to those implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws of England and Wales.
By participating, entrant agrees that the Company and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and the company's officers, directors, employees and agents are not liable for any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property arising out of entrant’s participation in these ‘OppoZition Competitions’ or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, as well as or any claim or cause of action based on publicity rights, infringement of intellectual property, defamation, or invasion of privacy arising from any materials entrant has submitted in connection with entrant’s participation in the ‘OppoZition Competitions’.

Information collected from entrants in this ‘OppoZition Competitions’ is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy found just to the left of these terms.
The acceptance of the Prize by a winner shall constitute and signify winner’s agreement and consent that the Company and its designees may use the winner's full name, county, likeness, quotes, photo, entry or prize information in any manner the Company deems fit including, but not limited to, in connection with the Company’s exploitation of the Submission for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.

OPPOZITION MEMBERSHIP TERMS
1. Membership terms:
By subscribing to the membership services, you shall become a Premium member of our site (member) and have access to services and benefits over and above those available to the general public on our site.
These terms of membership (membership terms) tell you the terms on which you may subscribe to, and benefit from, the membership services, of OppoZition (our site). By using the membership services, you confirm that you accept the membership terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to the membership terms, you must not use the membership services.
These terms will apply to every person that uses the site and they understand it is their duty to regularly check them.
The membership terms incorporate our site’s terms of use and policies. In the event of any conflict between the membership terms and our site’s terms of use in regard to a member’s use of the membership services, the membership terms shall prevail.
2. Membership eligibility:
The requirements for eligibility of membership are as follows:
Members must be a natural person at least Thirteen (13) years old and must pay the subscription fee (as detailed in section 3 ‘Subscription fee’ below)
We may refuse your application for membership at our discretion. If we accept your application for membership we will confirm this by allowing access to the membership services through your username and password. You undertake that all information provided by you for the purpose of registering with us is accurate and complete. If the information you submit is incomplete or inaccurate, this can result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any prizes you may have otherwise been entitled.
3. Subscription fee:
In order to benefit from membership services, a member must make a payment, which is a paid fixed rate (which may vary from time to time) giving unlimited access to the membership services, as required, for a specified period that can be:
a) For a month for a fee of £3.99 per month (plus VAT if relevant)
Automatically renewable after the purchased period where the subscription has been purchased using a bank card or any other method of payment listed on our website and allowing continuing debits to be made (subscription fee).
Members can pay their subscription fee either by using a credit card or by other payment methods proposed by our site. The prices and the terms of payment for the subscription fee are displayed at all times on our site, including at the point when a member chooses to pay their subscription fee. The activation of a membership occurs as soon as, or a few moments after payment of the subscription fee.
We may change the price of the subscription fee from time to time, and communicate any price changes to you in advance. Price changes will take effect beginning at the next subscription period which will be the next month following the date of the change of price. You agree to the price change by continuing to use the site after the price change is made effective. You are free to reject the price change by cancelling your membership prior to the change becoming effective (in accordance with section 7).
4. Cancellation of membership:
Following a successful application for membership, and subject always to not having downloaded any digital content or otherwise used our membership services, members shall have the right to cancel their membership at any time within the period:
a) Beginning upon the provision of a username and password; and
b) Ending at the end of 14 days after the day on which a member is provided with a username and password.
In order to exercise this right of cancellation, members must inform us of their decision to cancel (no reason is required). Members may inform us by means of any clear statement setting out their decision. Members may also inform us using the cancellation form that we will make available to you. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for members to send their communication concerning their exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If a member exercises this right of cancellation, they will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us (in accordance with our refund policy).
Termination of membership shall otherwise be dealt with in accordance with section 7 (Termination of membership).
5. Use of membership services:
Each membership is for a single user only. You may not share your username or password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. You may only use the membership services for personal non-commercial use. If we find that you are doing this, your account will be terminated with immediate effect.
You are responsible for the acts or omissions of any third parties who use your membership, whether fraudulent or not. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising out of unauthorised use of the membership services and/or your username and password. For the avoidance of all doubt; we shall not be liable if your username and password is used by someone else.
We have the right to disable any username or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of the membership terms.
If you feel or suspect that there has been a breach (of any kind) of your membership and/or username and password then you must immediately notify us. Furthermore; you should also amend your password.
6. Automatic renewal of membership:
A member can contact the site at any time to cancel their membership. The cancellation will take effect in accordance with section 7 below.
All memberships will be automatically renewed, with a subscription fee charged accordingly, unless a member notifies us of their wish to terminate their membership at least 7 days before the membership's expiration date. The renewal shall be performed in accordance with the manner of payment originally chosen by a member, at the price rate of the membership to which the member originally subscribed (which may vary from time to time). For the avoidance of all doubt members can avoid having their membership automatically renewed if they contact us at least 7 days before their membership expiration date to terminate their membership.
7. Termination of membership:
If any member displays behaviour which we may regard as unacceptable, which includes but is not limited to, the opening and/or use of multiple accounts, the use of unauthorized or altered software or hardware to assist play, harassment of other participants, or any other action which would be considered a breach of these terms and conditions, shall be subject to immediate termination of membership and blocking of site access and, if necessary, disclosure to the appropriate authorities.
Without prejudice to the other provisions hereof, where a member commits a material breach of these membership terms (or, acting reasonably, we have good cause to terminate membership), we may terminate the member's account without prior notification or warning. Such termination shall have the same effects as a termination by the member and shall take effect without prejudice to any other remedies available to us against a member.
Members will be informed by email of the termination, or the confirmation of the termination, of their membership.
8. Functionality:
We cannot be held responsible for the non-functioning, unavailability or adverse conditions of membership services resulting from incorrect hardware, problems experienced by a member's internet service provider or blockages on the Internet networks or for all other reasons outside our reasonable control.
Under the membership terms, we do not guarantee that the membership services shall function without interruption or error. In particular, the use of our site and the membership services may be interrupted at any time for the purposes of maintenance, updates or technical improvements, or to develop its content and/or presentation. Whenever possible, we shall inform members prior to maintenance work or updates.
9. Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

12. Severability:

Waiver:

Applicable law:

We will refund money within 14 days using the same method used to make the payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, members will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Cup/ Ladders
To sign up for a ladder/cup follow these steps:
1) Navigate to the relevant ladder/cup page for the game you wish to play using the 'Menu' located at the top of every page
2) Follow the page down and select what Cup/ Ladder you wish to enrol in
3) You have now been successfully entered into the competition!
Click home and all of the current Cups/ Ladders you are enrolled in will show up right in front of you.
As a oppoZition subscriber, you are able to compete in as many competitions as you want.
We do ask that you ensure that your participation in multiple competitions does not overlap and cause you to 'double-book' for competitions.
Please make sure you read all of the Rules before you enter. If you wish to see the rules again simply go to the page of that cup or ladder.
You will receive a notification, simply click it and follow it and we will re-direct you to the relevant place.
This is very easy to do. If you do not agree on scores or result at the end of the match, a dispute will automatically open up and will be dealt with by our disputes team. You can easily provide evidence in the dispute centre which you will find via a notification once a dispute has been opened.
You will automatically get the loss if you do not show up on time.
